    I had mine from Amazon and it worked fine.It is definitely a problem with the disc. Bad luck .Hope they don't have a policy like most shops in my area :" Sorry sir, we do not replace discs once they are opened". When I heard that, I was like...WTF? I replied :" They only way to see if it is working is to open it". They said: "Yes we agree but many people scratch them for fun just to get their money back". I had to drop the convo because it was getting ridiculous

      I buy my DVDs from the same store. They are fair when it comes to defective DVDs. I had a new DVD that skipped for no reason and they allowed an exchange. The only concern is that I hear Best Buy has a low supply of AoT.
