What this could mean for a SG-1 movie, I'm not sure I even want to try and speculate. Joe said last week there have been rumblings. . .
We're certainly all waiting with baited breath to see if we're going to be taking on a hell of a lot more work. Newest as of today . . . if the re-structure goes through, they'll be getting money to find additional productions.

So I hope for the best but not surprised if it ends up to be no real news either.

Look at it this way, if I for one, would hear from a MGM representative that the movie will be made, I'd take that as a big piece of good news. While if JM makes another vague comment on his blog, just to keep interest, which he may, and is IMHO a good thing, I just interpret that as "no change" news.A black hole swallowed this sig pic.

MGM can make a quick buck or two with an SG-1 movie, I think. And they're definitely going to need to, ASAP.

Chris Judge said this in a recent interview:
I asked him the possibility of another Stargate movie. Chris said all the actors are signed on for another but after the financial crisis stalled things, time has passed "and now the timing of it, I don't know how they'd ever get everybody back together again other than throwing heaps of money at us"[deadpans at camera]

If the movie(s) go ahead I don't really see a problem with rounding up the actors to take part.-
