The pain in Sam's voice when she thinks he's dead
The pleasure when she finds he's alive (and the memory on the screen of another shippy bit in MIAB).
The sizzling looks as she trades clothes.
The too-close hallway scene, the hand on his chest when he's zatted.
The pain in her face as he's implanted with the goa'uld
Going back to rescue him alone
Finding him and resting her hands all over him
Completely uneccesarily overlong hugging
And then a lovely bit afterward when they're hiding behind that hillock and it; looks like they've just come out from a little tumble in the hay...

Yeah, I'll take those two.
