lol! I actually saw a theory somewhere that Ra for some reason lost his Unas host and took an Asgard as a host, but they weren't really compatible and the Asgard was dieing, so luckily Ra found Earth.

Interesting - and then maybe a slightly merged creature resulted from the incompatibility, and Ra ended up looking a bit Asgard, because that blending had been killing both.
I'm sure that must have been embarassing! He could not change host while someone looked, that's for sure! But they seem to prefer doing that in more private circumstances anyway - think of how Ba'al looks embarassad at Seeing Anubis change host!

I'm not sure he was embarrassed. Maybe just really not wanting to have any interaction with Anubis. It must be difficult for someone as arrogant and self important as a Goa'uld to humble themselves to serve another one.

I would really appreciate it if you would consider Cliff Simon for best Male Performance in Film / TV Movie / Mini-Series Categories and name Star Gate Continuum as the movie.. These awards are for 2008. I'd really like Cliff to get some recognition. The other StarGate actors have received awards. Cliff hasn't. And Peter Williams, as Appophis wasn't on screen long enough to be seriously considered for Continuum. Also, if you decide to do this and you want to pick other actors for the television shows like atlantis, Sanctuary, etc. be very careful to follow the rules to the letter or your ballot will be destroyed and won't count.
