So, Cliff Simon may not have gotten to be the new Bond, but I swear to god, his twin brother is in Casino Royale as the dealer at the poker tournament. Honest to goodness, hubby and I both did a double take when they first panned by him. Same facial structure, goatee and everything. It was freaky. Turns out the guy's name is Daniel Andreas and this is the first thing he's ever done. But it was really kina freaky. Go check it out.

No, but I wish I was! I'll have to keep an eye out for future UK events, it would have been difficult anyway, because I live in the South of England (I don't drive either), and I'm catsitting this weekend.

Anybody going to NEC in Birmingham on Sunday to see Cliff at Memorabilia!

I wish! It's quite easy to get to the NEC from where I live, but it's not possible this weekend. Family matters (ill mother-in-law) will be keeping us at home. My first chance to get to see Cliff in the flesh and I can't make it.

A lot of you want "Ba'al for Bond", or at least for a Bond villain. At the weekend, to celebrate the release of the new Bond film, there was a programme listing the top Bond themes/songs. While watching it, I thought how well some of them suit Ba'al/CS. For example:

You Only Live Twice (Or as often as he feels like putting you in the sarcophagus)
We Have All the Time in the World ('Cos he can keep resurrecting you)
Live And Let Die (Again and again and...)
License to Kill (And to torture, maim...)
Die Another Day (And another, and another)
Nobody Does it Better (Need I say more?)
All-time High (Oh, he is!)

I wish I had the clips and the skill to do a Ba'al video using Nobody Does It Better.
