You know just as a testament to Amanda here... I can not see Samantha Carter in any of those still shots. Looking at the framing it's all pure facial expression or something.. but I'm looking at a completely different person. Lol.. rock on Amanda!

Meanwhile if amanda ever hits the live comedy circuit I reckon there's a good hour's worth in Geek!Sam alone

I *heart* Geek!Sam!!!!!!!! Amanda's mannerisms were just so incredibly funny. The way she carried herself...always on, always in character whether she was the focus of the scene or not. I think that's one of the things that keeps her head and shoulders above other actors and actresses IMHO.

I want some more Sam/Vala fics (not necessarily slashy - but those too ). I also have a craving for some Sam/RepliCarter fic - lord I love RepliCarter at the minute; I can not put my love for her into words adequately. AT rocks rocks rocks...

I definitely think the actors were making fun of eachother's characters (and themselves) a lot in those episodes. That's part of the reason I loved them, too, as a viewer. Moebius 1/2 - for Amanda's performance, primiarly - will always remain one of my top SG-1 favorite episodes of all time.

LOL. Gosh, no. But she was the one whose response I remembered most clearly! And because I remember her telling me that she and her husband both thought Sam was incredibly sexy.

I was out of the room where most of my friends were watching the ep for the first time, so I missed their reactions - which probably amounted to more 'cool!' kind of responses than '*drool*' ones, knowing them!

I mean I can read ANYTHING as long as I've been warned. By anything I mean contentwise...any pairing, any warnings.

I've seen some fics that had an intitially interesting premise but the writing and characterizations were so incredibly awful and they just droned on and on almost ad infinitum...without meaning or purpose.
