Sam doesn't look aghast to me in these shots - she looks kind of... listening in the first one ("Is that a dead man I heard hitting the titanium?") and slightly peeved in the second one ("Hey, Sir, that's my titanium you just dented!")

Jack warned Alar not to follow them, so he shouldn't have. I mean they would close the Iris if a bunch of Jaffa or natives were chasing them. But this guy got a warning, so I think it's his own fault. On the other hand, Sam did look surprised, but she should know Jack was Black ops and has done much worse. I guess this was one of the first times she saw it firsthand...that he was so emotionless about the whole thing.
