Well I did have a New Years Eve gig but the party was planned as an outdoor event. To much rain today so party was moved inside and there was not enough room for the band. So the piano player had to stay and everyone else was paid and sent home. Glad to have the money and not have to play until 1:00 am. So I'm sitten home playing around on the computer and watching a movie.

I totally agree with you. The scene would have been a thousand times better if they had just left the body double out. I have no clue why so many directors feel it's necessary to have a nude female body in the scene in order to spice things up.

Yeah, a nude scene with Adrian Paul's body would be spicier. Oh, wait.

Just playin', just sayin'. Haven't caught up with the movie yet. Worth hunting it up to see Amanda on big screen.

Nice tsaxlady!. I just watched The Eyes of a Stranger, RDA's psycho role. Hadn't seen it in years, and it was a sharp departure from MacGyver's halo! He was downright scarey.

Had to share tho - I celebrated the new year by diving in and purchasing that ticket to GABIT2 so I can come party with ya'll next november! Yipes, my first CON *ever*! And it looks like I'm gonna be going solo to this one since the s.o. is at a thing in Santa Monica at the time. It'll just be the geek!

Hope some of you can show me the ropes of CON-dom (er... I mean, Con-going??) -heh- and y'know, don't leave me all alone in the back of the room like the friend-less dork I'm going to be over there!!!

(I'm on the waiting list for that cocktail party, but ya never know)

Good Morning, Campers (on the east coast of USA) I see that we have some new emoticons to play with in 2006!

Flew back from the very wet west coast yesterday early am and still readjusting my internal time clock. I chose to stay home last night and watch the local fireworks on the telly. LOL, NC, 'cause I also watched Moebius (and Threads and Reckoning) reruns on New Year's eve just to prime myself for the second half of S9. Amanda was so good and so amazing in these episodes ... it was great that she got to exercise her acting muscles with Replicarter and Geeky Sam. Of course, having Jack around was icing on the cake!

mini, you don't have to worry about feeling alone at GABIT2 - believe me, everyone there will make you feel very welcomed and I picture you hanging out in the hotel lounge making new friends. The AT and GABIT spirit is contagious!
