Great to hear about your travels, Skydiver!! Sounds like a great trip. Now you need a vacation after your vacation!!

Oh, and Sam's back!! You know, I was really impressed with AT in Beachhead because she had to be exhausted, and yet she did well. She had alot of techno stuff to do, and it is probably not easy to remember all this six weeks after having a baby and then getting little sleep!! And, geez, I can't believe how good she looked after only six weeks.

Just a little reminder for all the events involving Sam and Amanda that are coming to a close soon.

Amanda Tapping Contest
Submissions accepted include Fanart (digital or hand-made), Music Videos, Fanfiction, and Websites. Submissions must center around Sam or one of the many other characters that Amanda has portrayed. All entries will be collected into a book and given to Amanda at the Gabit convention in London on October 27th. Contest entries will be accepted until August 31st.

Not creative you say? Well don't let that stop you from sending your well wishes onto Amanda. You still have a chance to her know just how much you truly admire her or to wish her Happy Birthday with an online birthday card. All fan mail will be collected and given to Amanda at Gabit and the birthday card will be sent to Amanda in time for her to celebrate her August 28th birthday.

For those of you who are over 18 years of age and a resident of the United States, SciFi is having a Get Into The Gate contest. The winner wins a walk-on part to either Stargate SG-1 or Atlantis. There's still time to register for the contest. I would love to see someone from Samanda win.

jckfan55 - I saw "Remembrance" but it has been a while ago, so I won't speculate on the ending. Here is AT's offical site that has the transcripts for her character and Teddy (boyfriend) for the movie.
