AT was in the Supernatural episode Byzantium. My Mom says she was only there for one scene. Amanda posted on both her Twitter and Instagram that she is currently in New York City doing location scouting of an upcoming episode of Blindspot that she is directing!

I love Sam, she's my absolute fav character in the whole Stargate franchise, she's a beautiful and smart kick ass woman Amanda Tapping is also 1 of my fav actresses, I'm currently watching her series 'Sanctuary' and I'm really enjoying it tpp.

Does anyone have any recommendations for her other works that I should check out?

She a major recurring role on Supernatural Season 8 with a couple of return appearances in Season 14.

She also had several guest appearances on the show Travelers.

There the movies where she was a major character: The Void (2001), Random Acts of Romance (2012), Taken Back: Finding Haley (2012), Space Milkshake (2012).

While Amanda continues to act in front of the camera, most of her recent work has been behind the camera as director. She has directed episodes of Supernatural, Sanctuary, X Company, Arctic Air, Continuum, Travelers, Van Helsing, and just this week wrapped filming an episode of Blindspot on location in Brooklyn, New York.
