Random thought: does Sam look taller on Atlantis to anyone? Do you think the guys on Atlantis are shorter than our SG1 fellas?

I think they are shorter, except for Ronon. And not just the guys, but the girls too. Vala is taller then Teyla or Keller. So it was more even on SG1 then on Atlantis.

...perhaps the gravity is slightly more in the Pegasus galaxy?

...or once you've decided pretty much immediately that a six foot plus guy is your lead (RDA) you need a tall team to go with him to prevent all those pesky camera issues Lucky for them that MS, AT, and CJ are all tall, as well as being great for their roles. Atlantis didn't have that same casting process (revolving around a big name) and when they cast that first team, they came in a more regular size Is AT also wearing higher heels on set than military-issue boots? Because that would make her nearly six foot no problem...

Hi Everyone

I'm stepping out of the shadows I've been hiding in.

I've had a rough month or so. New chemo-which has all the yucky stomach side-effects I've been so lucky to avoid so far. The pain is usually much less (ie gone) right after the chemo, but gradually worsens. Don't know what that's all about.

I just got over a nasty stomach virus which landed me in 6 hours of rehydration at the hospital.

Thank you all for the cards you've been sending-they make my day! And cheer me up every time.
