And i have an idea....how do you guys feel about a christmas card shower?

What that is....you send me your snail mail addy. I add it to a list, then, at the end of the signing up period - let's say end of november - i gather up all those addresses and send ALL of them to everyone that signed up. you then send everyone on the list a christmas card.

so, if 20 people sign up, each of y ou will get a list with 20 addresses on it to send cards to.

Now, the cards don't have to be fancy, you can send those 20 for $5 cards, ti's not the card that counts, but the sentiment inside

Do you guys want to participate? If so, let me know and then please E-MAIL me your snail mail address. It's a bit of a pain to collect it from Pm's, however if you are having issues with e-mail i can do it via pm's

Alan and his mom and dad came to gatecon one year. Practically no one knew that they were even there. the registration folks pointed them out me cause i was working the door to the hall and i had to know to let them in even though they didn't have passes, but most people in the audience had no idea he was even there.

alan used to come with herr to a lot of the cons, i have no idea if he does anymore or not. I know that for AT2 and Avalon he didn't come because olivia stayed home, but at shore leave he and olivia did come

what's even funnier...it was the year that chris and michael were there and the three of htem were on stage. and the topic came around that they tended to schedule amanda's scenes towards the end of the day because she could get he scenes done in a vey efficient manner.

the boys joked that she was a 'finisher'....which...needless to say, made the girl blush and the crowd roar... and her mother and father in law were in the room

It was the weekend before she started filming for Proof Positive. She said in an interview later that she had taken a tape with her and she and her brother argued the viability of the stories and whether or not they were true. THAT sounds like siblings.

Her mother-in-law and sister-in-law came to VM in Toronto. Chatted with her mother-in-law for a little bit. Very nice lady. She seemed rather amused by all the attention Amanda was getting and was exceedingly patient while we all did our thing.

OOh...I have to admit...when I first read "Christmas shower"...I was a little amused...the thoughts that popped into my fron...phew!!!

Hehe...I had heard about that...I'm not sure if I'd say poor Amanda or poor Alan...or maybe even poor Alan's parents...I'm sure they saw the funny side of it...wish I could have seen it...I bet that Amanda's twin, Christopher, looks nothing like her...I'm sure he's nice looking but not pretty like Amanda...I like the way her family goes with her to these events...they all seem very supportive of her...yay for Amanda and her family!!
