Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes and yes I did have a good day, a chat with Amanda Actually some of the family is coming over today for a BBQ and cake. The cake is of course chocolate, actually it's been chocolate since Mum started asking us what type of cake we want for our birthdays way back when we were little nippers.

Hi All,

I'm away from home travelling at the moment but when I get home in a couple of days I'll be able to give you all more of Amanda's exact wording to some of the questions. She actually gave more detailed responses to some of the questions, but it's tough to keep up when typing at 4am

I don't think I managed to capture her thankyou to the fans adequately for one, so I am going to go back and get it word for word and post when we put the edited version of the transcript up. So look out for the "un-paraphrased" versions of Amanda's answers on www.theamandatappingclub.net within the next week.

Sufficed to say Amanda is blown away by you guys, she really reallly thanks you, admires you and says "You Rock!".. and she says that alot with a hint of reverence in her voice.

Here is the message I'm posting on my various boards:

"I'm not paying the crazy prices for internet at the residence. I will have internet at Uni and when I'm at home for the weekends. So, I will have to change my habits of nearly 7 years and drastically change my relationship with the internet. I will miss all of you loads."


The Samanda thread... I have had so much fun here since I joined last year! I'm gutted that I won't be able to hang out as much anymore.

Keep having fun, being supportive and loving, throwing in the odd off colour comment... all the things that make this thread special.

Things are a little slow tonight so what did Mandy and I do to amuse ourselves....why make up some more questions for everyone...

1. If you could only save one DVD boxset due to a plane crash on a remote island....which season would it be?
2. If there was a crime commited at the sgc and the CSI specialists were called in, what would they find in Sam's locker?
3. If Sam were a patient of Dr. House what quote would she use to reply to him?
4. If Sam was in an accident in Chicago and had to go to the hospital which Dr. would treat her and why?
5.If Jordan was called in for a unexplained deathof a victim with an strange mark on his forehead how would Sam explain it?
6. If Sam had 24 hours to find a nuclear bomb, with her partner Jack, who would defuse the bomb first?
