We already know she likes the classics ... per a comment she made in one epiosde, where she said she liked "Singing in the Rain". On that note I'm going with "It's a Wonderful Life". It's a classic.

And sorry to disappoint Ann, but I haven't seen Chimera in quite a while. The sad reality is that I remembered the "Singing In the Rain" bit because I soak up and retain completely worthless/useless information such as this like a thirsty worthless/useless information sponge.

here's a question, what is sam's favorite holiday movie/show?

the dvd that she breaks out and watches each year or the movie that she'll watch on tv

I could see Sam curled up on the sofa with a cozy throw around her, sipping on egg nog (spiked with a bit of whiskey) watching Alastair Simms' A Christmas Carol, followed by Miracle on 34, followed by It's a Wonderful Life, followed by The Christmas Story. Well, they do run them one after the other just before Christmas Of course she'd be fast asleep by the time the second one began due to the alcohol consumption

I could see her volunteering to work the Santa watch that NORAD does on Christmas Eve. She'd be broadcasting the radar that tracks Santa's trip around the world, probably adding a few touches that only Sam could. Tweaking the software to make it look more real, and maybe some technobabble explaining how it really is possible for Santa to visit every kid's house in one night.

No worries I still have the original bandages that they put on me in the hospital on. I haven't taken them off yet. They're this clear tape like stuff covering tiny bits of gauze over each incession.

My instructions that were sent home with me said I could remove the bandaids today and take a shower. I do have a few stiches too. I took the shower but didn't re-bandage. I think you're ok as long as you dry the incisions good and keep them dry.

We share a common bond and that is our deep appreciation for Amanda, both as an actress and as a human being.

Samanda is made of all types of folks from all over the world. The only people who aren't welcome are those who don't abide by the rules: Respect others...both actors and fans alike, appreciate Amanda Tapping in anyway you choose and be goofy as you can possibly manage. Okay, the last part might be considered non-mandatory by a few fuddy-duddies.

To my knowledge, you haven't broken the "respecting others" part and I know you appreciate Amanda. We'll have to work on you're being more goofy though.

You are welcome to come back and play with us. We all have special gifts and traits and we are all equal here. No one is bigger or better fan and no one is a bad member unless they choose to ignore the aforementioned rules.

So let's do it. Let's all share stories and play silly games and debate the finer points of Samantha Carter. Pull up a beanbag chair, warm up a cup of hot chocolate with a candy cane hanging out of the top and sit back and have fun with us.

Samanda's arms are always open to friends...both new and returning.

I find Laura Harris extra special because not only does she play tweeky characters, she's got That Canadian Thing™ going on. Being a Vancouver native, she's crossed paths with a number of SG-1 alum; I'm surprised she hasn't been in anything with AT so far (The Outer Limits doesn't count, really).

i don't watch any of those shows you mentioned. i looked her up to see what she looked like. i don't recognize her.
