The kingdom is big enough for penguins *and* emus. As I recall, the emus are supposed to be cranky and a bit scary to discourage unfriendly elements from coming into the kingdom.
I wonder what other birds we have in the royal aviary? Tucans? Flamingos? Great Blue Herons?

If it's a fearsome and ferocious bird you want then the cassowary is your bird...it's 10 times worse than the emu...and smaller too!!

She keeps her memorabilia locked up safely in a closet, so her friends can't find out. But if they did, they would think it's very cute, and she would blush excessively like blondes can in that really adorable way they have.

Oh yeah, I forgot about those, aren't they in the same family as emu's? Mean buggers with armour plate on their heads BUT they do have a stylish blue neck on the females. Definitely could be used as guard birds in Samanda - bags not being the handler though !!

Exactly. I managed to resist the temptation of reading the transcript stuff b/c I still may buy the DVD and want to *hear* AT. She is definitely modest and when she does commentaries I notice how often she points out the contributions of *others*--whether her fellow actors or directors or crew people, etc. I think she's the only one I've ever heard compliment the "background performers" and she's usually careful to use that term rather than "extras."

LOL...as a blonde I can honestly say that we certainly do know how to blush very well...David Nykl had me blushing brightly at the con the Sunday before last...and I agree with you scari...I reackon she can squee just as good as any of us!

I like this game! Sam, as a fan gurl, hmmm...I think she and Vala would have make sure they had really good seats, so they'd be sure to get hugs from Danning. Sam would probably drag Teal'c to the convention with her, so she could show him how much better Xtreme was in comparison to Star Wars. Cameron would go and try to convince Martin that their needs to be a Cameron Mitchell type character on the show, and Daniel might go as well but only to get Stacy's autograph. General Jack O'Neill wouldn't be invited, and the guys would have strict instructions never to tell him about her obsession (which they wouldn't because they all know she can kick their butts).

Oh, and when she met Danning she'd be almost speechless and she'd definitely be SQUEEEING on the inside.
