I've been rewatching MultiCarter eps recently (TBFTGOG, PoV, The Changeling, Moebius, RE, GUP, Gemini, New Order etc, etc, etc) and you know what? I never tire of all these different characters and the subtle nuances that define them all. Heck, I'd love to see a spin off show... Stargate: MultiSam (a new set of Carters every week).

Seriously, though, just the way Amanda holds herself, the jaw setting, just simple things mean that you can see instantly which Carter you're watching. Amazing.

I'm going to ignore the great points you made and focus on this. Since you felt so inclined to ally yourself with Scari, maybe YOU would like to write a fic that features Sam, Vala, Liz and Teyla.

Hmm... Wouldn't it be cool if we could talk to those who frequent the Liz, Teyla and Vala threads and see if there could be a set date where fics featuring all four of the lovely ladies could be posted on an LJ? It'd be a nice way to gain interesting perspective from fans of the other women of Stargate.

Which is a shame, because AT is a veritable chemistry lab with the other actors she works with. She really makes you believe in the relationship she's portraying-she sells everything so well. It just such a pleasure watching her.

I wanted to come up with something more profound for my 1000th post, but this is all I've got.

What a turn of phrase! I love it--so apt. Wish I could give you some green jello. Congrats on the big 1000! It *is* a pleasure to watch her and she can handle anything they hand her. That can be a double edged sword though--she's "old reliable" --she'll be a team player even if she's wallpapered & they also know she will improve any script they write.

Sounds good to me. I'd be the beneficiary. I've learned from the Sam ficathon that there are even more great Samandan writers than I knew.

I also think it'd be great to sort of unite the fans of these characters, considering they've all suffered relatively similar fates. I dunno.

I suppose it is trying to be "old reliable", but it's a heck of a compliment too. And I think it's especially complimentary that we so often hear, from everyone on the set, what a great actress, and incredible professional AT is.
