Hey, the posts are back. Now I can... stop doing whatever it was i might have been doing.

Okay, ENDGAME. Seriously. Endgame is one of those eps that should have been much better than it was in terms of Carter. Endgame is like one of those junk foods that you have very very rarely and every so often you get a hankerin for it and so you go buy it but after 2 bites you remember why you don't eat it.

jeez, the movie on Sci-Fi right now is putrid. However, I sense a gratuitous grrl-on-grrl scene approaching. will update.

Anyway, Endgame features Carter in charge and doing this that and the other, but when you watch the actual episode -- rather than just reminisce about it -- you discover it's kinda lame. The screencaps say it all, I think. It's very, very hard to find Kick!Carter pics for that ep. PdL failed to deliver good, clean setups showing Col Carter, Saviour of the Universe!

Does anyone understand what I mean?

surprisingly, yes. though what it has to do with direction... i never really thought of it as particuarly kick-butt. but yes, my memories of this particular ep are always better than the ep itself. darnit, PDL!

OH yeah PDL direction - me is now clueing in (took me long enough!!)

Yeah but some of it isn't PDL's fault - I've tried to get screen caps of Action!Carter from various eps and been unable to get clean shots because she moves too darn fast
