Okay. My Amanda and Sam dreams have varied and I've had a LOT of them.

In one, Amanda was a teacher at my elementary school. In another, she was a public speaker or something. In another, she and I were good friends...either that, or I thought we were good friends and she was just being nice and playing along. Who knows? It's just a crazy dream after all.

Then my dreams blur.

There was one where I was at a convention honoring Amanda and something happened and she ran outside and geared up...and I realized she was actually Carter. Meaning, Amanda was her alter ego. Also cool in that one was that I was handed a P-90 and I was firing at some death gliders and I figured out that I was on SG-1! Wooooo.

Then there's one where I'm like a cop or something and I call into headquarters, and I hear her voice. So apparently she was my commanding officer.

Then there's the one where I'm Carter's daughter and I travel back in time but run into her with some friends of mine off world. We're under attack and she's compelling us to drop down for cover and protects us. And I'm trying to figure out how to tell her she's my mother but there's some physical feature of mine that she recognizes...like a birthmark or whatever and I THINK she starts to figure it out without my saying anything but then I wake up.

But my FAVORITE Sam dream has to be the one where I'm in this old building with Teal'c and he calls out to me to protect me from something...and I realize that I'M CARTER!

Yay.

So, see Kat? We're all a bit nuts. Crazy. Bonzo. Wacko. Loopy. Etcetera and yadda.

I too dream about the Gate and Sam and the characters of Stargate often Kat. Sometimes my dreams are about real episodes, though they usually get rather squewed around from their original state; or more often completely impossible bizarre storylines that have never happened on Stargate. I thought I was a nutcase for letting my obsession with a tv show creep into my life so much that I dreamt about it . Obviously, here in Samanda at least, I am not alone .

This really isn't a spoiler. It's just the dream I had the other night but I didn't want to bore anyone who would rather not read it.

Well since a few people have written their dreams and I've spoken to Ooober about mine I don't feel like such a freak anymore. So I guess I can share my dream. The other night I had a very bizarre dream about Amanda and Jason Mamoa(sp). Which is rather strange in itself because I don't watch Atlantis and I think I've only seen one episode with Jason. But anyway they were doing what I can only assume was a commercial together, but it was a rather heated one in which the two of them were very scantilly dressed and they were all over each another. It reminded me of the old Obsession commercials. Wow, I'm really aging myself aren't I? LOL. The strange part is that all of a sudden Amanda turned to the camera and started rapping, but she sounded very awkward and she got this strange look on her face like she couldn't believe they were making her do this and then she lowered her chin to her chest in what I can only assume was embarrassment. Then all of a sudden Jason gently took her chin into his hand and tilted her face up so that they were looking into each other's eyes and then he began to rap. But it wasn't a hip hop kind of rap, it was more like a Bohemian rap. Because it was slow and sultry and the words were very very hot. I remember in my dream being utterly amazed at how cool it sounded and even Amanda looked rather impressed. The next thing I remember is the dog was barking into my ear and that was the end of my dream. As I said, I don't normally remember having dreams about actors or SG-1 characters, but this one totally blew me away. LOL. So there you go. Maybe subconciously I was trying to tell myself that I'm a Sam/Ronon shipper? ROFL. Maybe Jack and McKay both have someone they need to worry about the next time Sam goes to Atlantis.
