Huuuuuuum, I don't know about that one. I still need to buy my Season 8 DVD's and for the moment I'm only hoping for the longer version *which is already much mind you

Kinda makes you wonder how AT felt when they were covering her in all that goo. Ya know, just standing around nonchalantly, whistling to yourself, trying to ignore the fact that you're wearing next to nothing while make-up department covers your body in wet, sticky goo. I hope it was at least during the summer when they filmed this because I could imagine it got very cold otherwise.

you got that exactly right... I mean when she is RepliCarter I really love her the best that is the best acting... and so different from Carter... I think it is for her something totally different to act... And I really think she loved playing it. Well IMO she did a great job beeing RepliCarter
and well when she is Jollinar I loved her too
and in one of the extras she said that it was freezing cold when they were shooting her with the goo on... but the result was great... really great

I don't know about the other but I think USA is 4 and Canada 1 or something like that.
Anyway, not all regions have the same bonus.
For example:
1. I have the whole version of Beyond the Gate: Amanda Tapping while those in the US have the cutted one who isn't as long and entertaining.

2. Region 2 hasn't got the commentary with Torri and Rachel alas the USA have.
The sad thing is you can't watch all the different regions on your DVD player either. Of course there are players where all regions are compatible. It's easier for those who buy a lot of DVD's online, that are shipped overseas.

I am going to see if it is on the region 2 dvd's... I can't remember it anymore cause it is a long time that I have seen season 8... be back on you with that

That's really sad you know. It was probably one of the best Stargate episodes ever and tied up so many "Threads" and they couldn't even bother to do an audio commentary on it. I was searching around on Google and it looks like the new slimcase version of S8 DVDs has a commentary for every episode. Wouldn't you know it?

When AT plays Replicarter, we get to see her range as an actress. I like Sam best, but I know it must be fun for AT to do something a little different after so many years of playing the same character. I personally enjoyed Geeky Carter. We know that comedy is her thing, so it is fun to see her geeky alter ego. Honestly, I am glad Replicarter is gone, because my husband's drool was getting a bit annoying!

Well there isn't an audiocommentarie on threads in region 2...sorry... I don't think there is any out there with it...

Ya know, I just watched that Sony S10 promo again, and I really like the cameraderie I saw amongst the actors on set. I think they REALLY need to give Ben and Claudia some interplay (regardless of their history in Farscape - they brought them together again on a new show anyway, so they might as well go all the way with it and take advantage of the fact those two are fast friends and have great working chemistry)

All in all, looks like there's some good team fun to look forward to, apparently - I'll keep hoping, at least!

It makes me wonder if he's really like that all the time, or if he just does it because he thinks all the fans of the show are 18-year-old males who will eat it up.
