I always thought I could see Sam affectionately calling him a goof, so I can see her affectionately calling him a numpty - not that I've ever heard the word before.

Okay I'm working my way through the thread and this may have been addressed already. I can't remember if it is in the commentary for "Full Alert" or if I heard the story at a con but they talked about that scene and how Amanda had a Doctor appointment to get to and it was the last scene to film for the day with her in it. They wanted her for me but they were behind schedule and she could not miss her appointment so they changed the plans for her in the final scene had her sit down quickly get a shot of her and off she went.

i know i'm a bit old on replying to this, but i saved this post to reply to later. well, now it's later. anyhoo, what scene are we talking about from 'full alert'?

i just finished watching a music video that showed a scene from 'entity'. i have a question to pose to you guys about a scene in the ep...

it's at the end, after sam's soul was put back into her body. janet says it worked, then 'really' smiles in relief and happiness. jack is happy too and comes up to sam's bed and talks to her. but daniel, teal'c, and hammond... they were weird. they really didn't act all that happy. maybe they were still wondering if it was really sam? or they were still tramatized by sam's experience?

i think i read once that the director let the actors play it the way they wanted (he let amanda play the entity her way). if this is true, what was up with the guys?

Maybe it's like that time in 2001 when Sam went tumbling down the ramp, hurt her shoulder, and the guys(including Jack) just stood there! What's with that? Poor Sam. *Runs to assist Sam and asks if she is ok. Glares at stupid men*
