On the more serious side, if anyone of you are already in Burnaby/Vancouver or live in Canada, do you know of a store where I could purchase protein drinks? I have to have at least one a day, and I'm going nuts trying to pack them. Thanx! Back to packing. (YUCK!)

There are tonnes of GNC and other health / supplement stories - there's one or two in every major shopping mall. You'll have no trouble at all. Wherever you are, hit the nearest major shopping mall, and I can pretty much gaurantee you there'll be a store in there, GNC or otherwise.

RDA was a hoot for this and it made me giggle just to watch CJ and AT's expressions. You know they must have to deal with him behaving like this on a daily basis.

Wow, I just read it. It's very thoughtful. I disagree with two-thirds of it, but it's thoughtful none the less. It really illustrates how two people [myself and that other fan, for example] can see the exact same thing completely differently.

Yes, some things I would really agree with and others not at all. But it was well thought out. The writers should evidence such careful analysis...

gotta say, i totally disagree. i can't see them in a relationship in canon, but i think that in a lot of ways sam and teal'c have a connection that is actually very deep. i think that she is possibly closer to teal'c than she is to daniel. i don't think that he is alien to her at all in that way, and i certainly don't think she would be lonely if she were marooned with teal'c. and its mostly in the way the actors play it, and in the obvious chemistry that they have. while they do occasionally write it into the show (space race, threshold, paradise lost), its mostly in how they play it. IMO.

Certainly this season, Sam seems closer to Teal'c than to Daniel. That exchange in the Prometheus episode this seasn (don't know the name) showed the depth of their (platonic) feelings for each other. I wonder if this was the influence of the actors?

will you write a fic where it's discovered that all of season 9 was a screw up/mistake?

how about sam discovers that two realities have been merging through out the year? that would account for mitchell being serious in one ep, and then spastic in the next. vala a tramp in one ep, serious the next. daniel a military muscle and then back to archeologist the next. teal'c as super stud and then serious jaffa leader. and sam; she says 'not exactly' in one ep, then later spoilersalmost kisses martouf..

the two realities have been merging back and fourth. sam fixes it and we get Stargate: SG-1 back!!
