You Gabit2 folks will have much more memorabilia the second time around - wristbands and baseball caps and whatever our talented Samandans will come up with! Should be fun.

I find it really funny the simple stuff that others find such a novelty, like maltesers, jaffa cakes and toffee crisps. But then again, the two times I went to America, I packed half my suitcase with Frootloops, blue jell-o and fruit roll ups!

Yowza, as the RA has implied, I may have lost some neurons the past 24 hours turning another year older and all. So, when I came on tonight, I started reading backwards and just came across this, dearest Royal Videographer - love it, love it, love it! Two poems for one birthday and then Royal Bartender's too! I'm giddy with gratitude! The "Nantucket" is certainly titillating and leaves much to the imagination as well ...

And love the new twist on our Samandan motto! I'll drink to that ... where's the darn sloe gin?! Just looked at the clock - we can still celebrate. Keep the bar open! My mom didn't give birth until 10:20pm EST.

so, amanda's wonderful, sweet bundle of a gift is going to be celebrating her FIRST birthday in a few days. am i the only one looking at baby gifts/clothes and wishing you could buy it for olivia? and am i the only one that, if i were there at olivia's birthday party, would be paying just as much attention to amanda watching olivia as watching olivia herself? if not, ignore this post.

that really sold the episode for me. The rest was...well...less that enthusiasm-inducing.

while the rest of the episode was good, it was the last few minutes with SAM that were the only parts to make me excited. okay, i'm a sam fan and that's my reason, but i found the rest of the episode not 'season ender' worthy. it was a nice ep, but as for a season ender, only that last part was 'ya blew me away with your wowness!'.

will the season 10 opener be as exciting? will it take advantage of what that last scene of sam left us with?

i've found most of season 9 giving us something juicy to take in, only for it to fall flat later because the writers didn't know it was exciting to begin with.
