Very good, yes, in certain studies, dark chocolate has been shown to be good for the heart......and in my humble opinion, Belgian dark chocolate is da bestest! Wonder whether Sam prefers dark or milk?

Just an old version of Paint Shop Pro (v.5) which comes with a basic little Animation tool.

Well, not much going on here today, but in an effort to bring Samanda back on page 1, I thought I'd share some news with you:

1) A German SciFi Magazine, Space View, lets their readers vote every year for their favorite actors and shows. And the winners are:

Best Actress in a SciFi Show: Amanda Tapping
Best Actor in a SciFi Show: Richard Dean Anderson
Sexiest Actress in a SciFi Show: Amanda came in 3rd behind Jessica Alba and Kristin Kreuk
Sexiest Actor in a SciFi Show: Michael Shanks
Best SciFi Show: Stargate came in 3rd (behind Smallville and Lost)

I know it's "only" a small magazine with a limited number of readers, but I still was happy that Amanda won.

2) Lifetime confirmed the premiere of "Abby Lord" aka "Engaged to Kill": Monday, April 24th at 9pm and has a short summary posted here.

The Joe Lando Webpage has a short summary posted, too, as well as some promo pics, but I couldn't find Amanda in any of them.
