She looks genuinely frightened in that pic...that was a great ep...mind you I think all the eps are great but still, that ep was awesome...just wish we saw more of what Helen went through
Spoiler:
with the bug in her brain.

I agree Chelle, she looked great in the pic, she really did look scared. But this scene ALWAYS got to me.
^I still have trouble watching that ep. I think when I first saw it...with Lies in Holland...it scared the willies outa me! But that scene really kinda freaks me out...actually it doesn't just freak me out but it makes me feel queezy.
I can totally see why most of the cast disappeared when they filmed that scene...ouch.

Yeah Amanda said a lot of the crew had to leave before Amanda felt comfortable to do it. To this day that scene in PN still gets me. I've never seen a character of hers be manhandled and disrespected like that. I've never been in more shocked watching her than I did for that scene, I blacked out everything around me and my hands were shaking. I can imagine your first reaction.

Actually, it wasn't her so much that was uncomfortable, it was the crew. None of them could stand to see her go through it because it was Amanda.

I like to read stuff like that, it tells me that the crew respects and likes her enough that they don't want to see something so low being done to her, I really like that. Where I work, a lot of guys would LOVE to slash my bosses tires.
I've never been more shocked or mortified, I actually feared for her, I was covering my mouth with my hands. I was holding my breath and when it was over my heart was racing, I kinda blacked out the next few minutes of the episode because I was just in shocked. Then when it seemed like Will was going to start torturing Helen I was like "Oh God, no more."
But yeah, that scene for me was the most intense scene of the whole series, and it was so sad and hard seeing Helen be humiliated, degraded, disrespected and violated like that. it may have been less then 30 seconds for us, but I'd imagine it would have felt longer to her than it actually was.

I expected Helen to be raped in that scene. I was shocked... when it didn't happen. I was utterly surprised that Will was in charge of that group and they only wanted to clean her up and make sure she wasn't carrying the disease...
