I've checked the extras on the S4 DVDs. It's Bondi Beach, indeed.
Btw, Claudia's scenes were filmed during the shooting of ep 5 "Promises" and then edired into ep1 "Crichton Kicks".

"Scratch'n'Sniff" was filmed on Marubra Beach.

According to the commentary by Ben & Claudia the scenes in "A Human Reaction" were filmed on Crunella Beach.
