You can use the "attach files" (but theres a limit to how much stuf you can upload to a server)
Or you can use the "insert a image" but for this you need a hosting site for your images http://photobucket.com/
What video player are you using coz some have the abillity to cap images and for some you need a special program to do this.

The player I have on my computer are real time, windowmedia classic, nero, and quick time.
