I'm speaking as a fan of both characters, actually it's not Vala so much as certain Vala fans that some of the Samandans hate. It's just a silly game and there's no need to be upset because another group of fans don't like your fav character and because your fav character isn't winning.

Just because some fans don't agree with the way some of you all worship Vala, doesn't mean your opinions are any better than theirs. Their opinions just happen to be different and don't agree with yours.

Don't start any wars with other fans of other characters, it's just not cool and would Claudia really want to know that her fans are bashing other characters fans because they happen to like another character over hers? I think not.

I just find it frustrating that some fans play Sam's tech skills against Vala's carefree nature, because it's completely missing the points of a TV show and their characters.

Don't be just disappointed in us, neither side is blameless.

Considering it was a Vala fan that made a comment about Samandans wanting to make it a contest...I'll be disappointed in whomever I like.

It's a game...honestly. It's not going to change anything or anyone's career so why should it matter? I just don't get the mentality that it has to be all Vala all the time. Like you I want BOTH!!

Could possibly make one think that you hate Sam because Sam fans are voting for her and not Vala. I'm just saying.

As for commenting on the issue, don't comment or not, I'm fine either way, but if/when you decide to, please pm me so we don't clog up the Vala thread with it.
