I've only read the summary of the ep.

Tai Chi's a cool "sport", but I'm way too restless for it. Mind you, for most exercises that relax you have to already be relaxed to do them properly.

I did Tai Chi some years ago when I was a child. Now I think it's cool but as a child it was boring to me!!!

I'm popping over from another thread to just add to the numbers of you Vala/Claudia fans over here! I had never seen Farscape, and I didn't particularly like Prometheus Unbound when it first aired.... but when the new season came out... OMG, it was love! Claudia is amazingly beautiful and she is just magnetic on screen. She just gives SG1 the spark and humor to balance the show. I can not wait until we see her again!

I'm loving the pics of Claudia you all are posting.
