Typos are annoying!!!! . Cooking relaxes me . There are moments when I come home very tired and I don't want to see the kitchen but I love cooking . I love how you burn yourself, curse at the oven...you know the usual .

ECVala: Mostly...baking...but I do enjoy roasting about anything...turkey, chicken, ham...I like things that require attention...periodic basting...that sort of thing.

Hmm...a perfectionist ...I like that. Baking...not my thing...tried it once, had a bad experience, gave up . I love "perfecting" the sauce I use for the meat . I have this pepper sauce..on my Steak au Poivre....yummmaaaay!!!! .
