i always wondered what jack was feeling every time he was with sam. like when i was high school, there was this girl i liked and everytime i saw her and talked to her, my knees weakened, my heart started to race and tighten and it felt like i couldn't breathe. and when i saw said girl after almost three years of no contact a couple of years ago (long story don't wanna get into it), all of those feelings i felt when I was 16 years old came flooding back to me. Do you think Jack ever felt that way?

In '2010' I reckon so. Although I suspect during the fiasco, it was probably a feeling more akin to being repeatedly punched in the stomach whilst having your heart ripped out with a spoon!

I think there were plenty of times Jack felt that way. But with his black ops training, he managed to shove all those feelings into the background ... or into that room that many people think was barred and locked and boarded up in D&C.
