Yay! Shippy to me too! I thought I was only one saw it in 1969! I think it's like SG Suzy says - they are out of uniform and seem sooo relaxed with each other.

Perhaps the SGC has closed and moved a la "2010"'s "airport" scenario? I always felt season 10 with Cam's high scholl reunion. Hundreds of non- military people knowing. It just seems as though the secret's out. Plus, Sam and Jack always seemed to blieve it should be made public knowledge (based on their advice to alien governments with Stargates).

And I had that same unsettling feeling SGSuzi - as it negates Zhammod ever bing worried bout their safety in all previous episodes.

Great review Suzi! I too enjoyed the campfire scene... Their knees were touching, I swear it! I also approve your appreciation for the Star Wars reference in your chosen bit of dialogue. I like that moment, as well as the interrogation scene in the mountain when they first get sent to 1969. Wasn't one of the fake names he gives them "Luke Skywalker"?

Now, I apologize for double-posting, and for being a nag, but we still need some volunteers for Season 3. I have taken "Rules of Engagement" and "Forever in a Day", so if someone could take "Past and Present", I would much appreciate it. And actually, I think that one would be the only one left to take, and then it can be officially squared away and ready to go for May!

Also, if I've missed anyone's name in claiming dibs, please let me know. This has gone under a few alterations over the past few weeks, so I might have missed someone...
