I also must say...there is no choice to make between Jack and Martouf! I don't really think Martouf is all that attractive, but that's just me.

I find myself agreeing with this. I can't think of anyone who would equal Jack.

A 3 day pass is $75, Friday only or Sunday only are $30 each, and Saturday only is $40. I don't know yet what my plans are. Part of it depends on where I'm working at the time. Of course, unless something drastic happens tomorrow, my mom will soon be working in Lacey, and we'll be moving there. That, of course, will mean moving there. I'm not going to drive 2 hours to be poor! lol
I don't think they have the schedule set yet, but I'm thinking I may want to at least go Saturday and Sunday. I wouldn't do Friday unless RDA (or someone else I want to see) has a panel on Friday only.

I always thought the writers did a big disservice to Sam's character by having her get involved with Pete; that wasn't exactly an intelligent relationship. And then they turn around and give Jack a good relationship with Kerry. Hmph!

I would've put Sam with someone who would be a science geek - kinda like how Sam and Daniel were like at the beginning. Easy going and excitable, like she is, but without the dark streak. I also liked Colson & Joe. Despite everything, they were good characters. Pete just wasn't a good character. Kerry was.

Personally I don't think Martouf spent enough time with Sam to grow to love her for her. Loving someone for who they truly are takes time, especially with that kind of baggage. He would've also had to have taken the time to get past Jolinar.

I think he believed he loved Sam but if I were Sam I would never be sure.

They do make one hell of a hot couple though lol! Their combined hotness would be almost too much for the universe to handle! (Sorry, Jack, you're gorgeous too but Marty is a work of art - like the difference between a Jaguar XK140 roadster (Ryan Phillipe's Cruel Intentions car) and an Aston Martin DB9 (James Bond's car in Casino Royale) - one is the attractive, timeless vintage model, one is the hot, young cool kid in town) (

He does wear a uniform so well! I don't really get the fireman thing lol but Fireman Jack could rescue me from a burning building any day !

The whole "Fireman Sam" thing cracks me up from the Changeling

(FYI if you don't know, "Fireman Sam" is a British kids animated TV show about a red-headed Welsh fireman, his village and his fire station crew (Elvis the chef, Volunteer fireman Trevor, Station Master Steele, Bella Lasagna the cafe owner and her cat Rosa, Sam's niece and nephew James and Sarah, the local brat and his mother, Norman and Dilys and the token female, Firefighter Penny - who kinda looks like Carter lol)

This made me laugh! It's very cute and surprisingly parallels. Is it from the same company as Postman Pat? it has the same look.

Hehe it made me giggle too! I'm not sure if they made Postman Pat but it was the same style of stop-motion animation. Now Fireman Sam is CGi and freaky looking, just like Winnie the Pooh/Thomas the Tank Engine etc.

I also thought the same about Martouf lol. I still think he's a very "beautiful" man (there aren't many guys I would use that term with, maybe Alex Band from the Calling?). It's a certain kind of hotness for that adjective I think.
