Loolks good i like the rounded shape of the piers i went for a more Atlantis hexagon straight styling on mine.
BTW to witch edges are you reffering?

Loc, good progress. Have you opened your own thread in the WIP section of CASF? Make sure you look at the rules first though, its different to GW and SFM.

ok clear disadvantage of blender: lack of "stop rendering" button. a little light mistake and now my computer is struggling to render a super-bright halo, which turns the entire render....white. and it's busy for 30min now!

One of the many nessesities of rendering, a 'stop' button. I just wish podium would stop while doing the geometry though... some of my models take about half an hour to do the d*mned stuff.

Ok i know i should read the thread before mentioning this but its too long

Has anyone made anything that fits these critera

between 0.5 and 3 km long.
a large hangar entrance.
a hangar that can take 4 large fighters and a drop ship inside.
is in 3D max or can be converted into it.

I'm asking because a mod eternal silence a community i'm quite active in has no modeller and you guys are the best at ships that i know of basicly the game only has 3 capship models which is a huge hinderance in level desighn so if anyone is willing to donate a model that would be awsome.

Anyone had a try at trek ships? I used to hate star trek and now I've watched a few seasons of voyager and enterprise I quite like it and want to model a ships just thought I woudl see if anyone else had anything they could show me of theres.
