Hi i know this is really trivial but for those who want to know ive finally finally found the origional SG design thread, http://forum.gateworld.net/showthread.php?t=25717

Why its in S10 and renamed Col Checkov *spoilers* is a complete mystery to me but there it is, the thread that started it all, its reall embarissing how fanwank the first ship is but i thought id show it to people none the less.
Ps for those who dont know i lost this thread and had a massive argument with the mods for losing it so that fact ive found it and i can rerant in going to be an ammusing thing to watch

Here's a spec sheet for a fighter that I'm throwing out. What do you guys think of it?

Technology Base: Goa'uld/Alesian

Crew:

Dimensions:
Length: 5m
Width: 4m
Height: 1.5m

Propulsion:
2x gravity drives

Weapons:
2x Plasma Cannons

Defenses:
Trinium/Naquadah alloy hull plating.

A new race I've just discovered in the Milky Way. They seem to have a similar level of technology to the Hebridians and Goa'uld.

What other details would you like it to have?

I dunno. Just thought it would be a little more interesting for it to have a little backstory. Maybe you could include a little information about the Alesians and their contribution to the fighter.

Supposed to be a destroyer..was thinking of calling it the Iliad. I kinda overdid it with the guns I think..but I like it.

Yeah you did over-do the guns just a bit. I'll work on that back-story, who knows maybe these guys'll be interesting.

I don't know if the Alesians are willing to part with that kind of heavy weaponry. Though they do sell quite a lot of their Plasma Assault Rifles.

I think the middle one in each of the six groups of three should be all that is needed.
