I think the Destiny is one of the ugliest ship designs to come out of Bridge studios. Having said that though, Alx has done a good job on his, and it does actually look better than the original

i can def see the tauri/Ancient blend going on but nothing really asgard... instead more of a BSG/Starship troopers feel... i think starhip troopers had a ship almost identical to this... still i like it more then athena and that you are plying with some more organic shapes! good work!

ALX- doesnt look very much like SGU's destiny. SGU has more guns, and far more greebeling.

well firts of all i didnt want to make an exact replica instead i wanted to add some lantean/ancient elements that the orginal is missing IMO, and i can asure you destiny has less "guns" then this model i made sure to arm her to the teeth but i agree the original has more greebles and the final version of mine will have loads more
