The typical height for a woman is 5' 3" The window from what I can see is almost a foot above her head. However we can not see her feet. It' likely the window starts above her ankles another good 6 inches. That's why 600 meters is really to big for this picture but it's not a gross exaggeration.

This sounds like a good project to tackle.
I could find the most common scaling.

the scales i use are

X-303 200-300m
BC-304 - 500-600m
Lantean Aurora 2000-3000m
Wraith hive 10000+m

leaving in alittle wiggleroom as this is done on the show...

I use boberth's scales...
302 = 21.5m wingspan
304 = 630m - 650m (although it has been calculated to 750m long)
Atlantis = 3.5km - 4km
