As this thread at least has some sensible designs, I'll see what I can do...

    X-305: Deep Space Science Vessel

    Dimensions:
    - Height: 50m
    - Diameter: 100m

    Propulsion:
    - 7 Ion Drives
    - 1 Asgard Hyperdrive (weak, very weak)

    Power:
    - 1 Primary Naquadah Generator
    - 3 Secondary Naquadah Generators

    Defenses:
    - Titanium/Trinnium Armor
    - 1 Asgard Shield Generator
    - 3 Earth Secondary/Internal Shield Generators

    Countermeasures:
    - 6 Rail Guns

    Miscellaneous:
    - Asgard Sensors
    - Asgard Teleporters
    - Ring Systems

The X-305 is a small, disc-shaped craft designed for deep-space scientific research. The ship assumes three individual sections, each taking up one-third of the ship, and the main control/navigation section in the middle. The ship is propelled by a total of 7 Ion Drives, one on the exact bottom for primary upwards thrust, three placed equidistant from the main engine at 120 degrees apart, and the last three placed on the exact side for lateral manuverability. Each indiviidual section is semi-autonomous to help contain any threats that may come into play during research.

The X-305 is expected to be escourted by other craft in cases where there is potential danger the craft is in-capable of defending itself against. (i.e. just about anything, as it only has 6 retractable rail-guns*)

*The craft, to limit air resistance, has a mostly smooth exterior on the top. The facilitate this, the rail guns placed there must extend after hatches open to allow them to pass.

[edit] My mistake! I put Circumference instead of Diameter.

anywho, yeah, blowing a nuke either in front of or pretty damn new them, or have the nukes go off by impact would work find with darth and hive ships, just, impact vs sheilds wouldnt allow the nukes to go off because it'd probaly disitergrate

HERE'S AN IDEA!: study how the reps were able to get threw thor's sheilds and then make a nuke like that to kill the ori

watch the siege part 3, bcos u are totally wrong if i may be so blunt

there was a graphcis flaw, the darts got both the nukes before they even got near the hive. but the explosion was as small as if you were to light a fart. special effects team probably forgot a nuke makes a big bad ass explosion.

The missiles didn't detonate. They just exploded on impact with the darts. They were intercepted before we could arm them and the explosion was just the propellant igniting.

304s have 3 Main guns and and atleast 12 CIWS/Anti-fighter railguns scattered along the hull..

I thought i saw 4 main guns, it was in The hive right when the Daedalus starts to move on the 2 hives, and begins to take fire. It takes some hits to the shield and then moves up from the bottom of the screen firing from four places on the ship.

You would only get 30 railguns on a massive fortress ship say at least 5km long. No way on a ship of a diameter of 100m. So your saying a ship that has a circumference of 314m. No way.

I think 100m is about half the length of the Daedalus, so it isn't that big. Also, I think the Daedalus class have a lot more than 30 rail guns for their use.

As someones already said here, the daedulus hasnt got 30 railguns.
Plus as someone pointed out for my vessel, a science vessel or scout has a minimum amount of weapons on it. Hence why I renamed my to a science destroyer. It's main aim is still for research and exploration, but it has weapons equivilent to a destroyer-sized vessel.

LOOK AT UR OWN SIG LOL!!! IT SHOWS A CHASE VIEW OF DEADULUS SHOOTING FOUR LINES OF RAIL GUNS AT THE TWO HIVE SHIPS!!!

Odd, my impression was that the Daedalus class vessels has several rail guns. It's changed.

The Daedalus has to bigger that 200m long. In the episode "Allies" we saw the F-302's comming out of the fighter bays. Those bays alone look about as wide as an old WWII Essex Class Carrier. The Daedalus has to be at the very least, 300-350m long which is about the size of a Nimitz-Class Aircraft Carrier.
