Wasn't .obj format quite universal?
Anyway. I've been thinking, and thinking about the dropship, bomber, cargoship thingie and I've ended up doing a dropship/cargoship.
Spoiler:
Here's how they are loaded, roughly.

Each box represents a tank: http://koti.mbnet.fi/semmer/Roipetta/bomber9.jpg
I thought that 4 AGJ's (for now) are meant to be launched before landing. They will clear the ground and air in tandem with dropship Anti-Ground Railguns. Then upon touchdown the front ramp is opened and first 19 tanks are driven out. rest 17 will follow when lower deck is clear. 36 tanks total.
What do you guys think?

Nice Ship, its coming along well.
Ummm OJB can have problems with faces not being reconized, I had this problem in lightwave, some of the face would just simply not appear on the model. I think that the best format to export to is 3DS, and it keeps the textures of the model with it no matter what program you use to render it. OJB just exports the model and doesn't export the textures to match.
