Here are the specs so far on the Anti-Fanwank Universe Ship:

Length: ~100 miles
Height: ~3 miles
Weapons: 1000 Nuclear missile launchers w/ built in hyperdrives (so they can go through shields)
Defenses: 3 different shield layers that follow the contour of the ship
Engines: ?? Unknown, not made by any race in the Stargate Universe, no visible exhaust.
Crew: Can carry over 100,000 people, thanks to it's 100 mile length.

If you want to know what the ship will look like (since I don't have 3ds Max on this computer and it won't let me install the beta), just think Halo, only not a ring and instead of an atmosphere it has a 100 foot thick "glass" panel.

Notice: The purpose of this ship is to destroy fanwanks, therefore keeping our universe free of cheap stuff.
I'll have to model it on my notebook later...

Lol, I just had a really cruel idea... Every time a model is provide for a fanwank, I will download it, convert it to .3ds, import it into a scene with the Universe Ship and totally obliterate it. I will then make a video which I will upload to my PhotoBucket and then post here.

The ultimate in Anti-Fanwank technology!

Length: About 158,400 feet (more realistic figure than 100 miles, also helps with scaling)
Crew: Can carry 100,000+ people
Weapons:
1000 secondary Rail guns with nukes
1 "Arse Whupper" beam cannon (it's a few miles long, btw)
Engines: Unknown, but it's really fast.

Your choice of weaponry leaves something to be desired in the first. The second is better, but I'm working on a missile which you might like to add to the arnament. (It's not fanwank, or doesn't have to be.)

i like that idea, a ship specifically desgined for medical emergencies, although stargate medical is considerably advanced any way, could be used for humanitarian missons where gate is father away

It was designed for space warfare. To take in casulties and to help in land based warfare, where stargate access is harder.

Oh that, I had that image in Microsoft paint then used prntscrn to copy the ships, and after I cleaned them up I pasted them onto the image then cropped it so that it was smaller. If I knew how to get that into the background on sketchup I would have done it long ago.

The picture is actually one from a radio telescope.

I just had a Star trek Moment.

Wouldn't it need to have more room? I mean a ship has alot of beigns on board. If you are going to be a med ship at a large space battle, wouldn't you need a lot of sapce for all the ships that were destroyed?

Anyone have a rough estimate on the dimeensions of Atlantis or the Aurora class?
I am highly revamping my Ancient ships (the ones I posted were rough drafts), and I want to have a good sense of size for the Aurora and Atlantis, which are what I am sizing my ships against.
