Shep as Vulcan - perfect. Spock would never let his hair stick up like that but it sure works for Shep/Vulcan.

Jack as Vorta...Walter as Ferengi. These all just crack me up. Daniel looks lovely as a Bajoran. Maybourne as Garak. LOL - perfect.

Hmmm.....how about Jacob or Siler as an Andorian?

I also see Siler as a Luxan (Farscape) or Centaui (Babylon 5). Oops - wrong show. Unless you want to branch out of course.
