Y'know, I've been thinking....... I don't see how Martin can possibly direct both those movies as well as finishing all the post-production for Sanctuary S2 AND planning Sanctuary S3 AND all the publicity stuff that he does

Not without wearing himself to a frazzle, and we woodn't want him to do that, wood we?

There hasn't been a time frame for the SGA movie yet. I very much doubt they'll try to get it done this year.

I'm really surprised they asked him to do SGA. I mean obviously he's The Best Director for the job, but since he wasn't involved in S5 it just strikes me as odd Mind you, the fact that they asked him and he said yes, doesn't actually mean he'll do it does it?

Don't get me wrong, I'd love for him to direct both movies. I'm just a bit concerned that he'll overstretch himself

That's good then, because I think we need him to direct SG1-3 Whilst I also loved his SGA eps, it woodn't be so bad if he couldn't do the movie, because I really never expected that he wood. I'll buy it whoever directs, because it's a given that it'll be good with Joe and Paul writing the script

Hmmm....Okay S2 of Sanctuary seems like it wraps up soon right? And then if the SG1-3 movie is filmed fall/winter/new year then that should give him (and AT) enough time before S3 of Sanctuary starts (Did it get renewed for a 3rd season? ) and then I'm thinking that the Atlantis movie would film right around the SG1-3 movie wood except a year later (2010/2011)...since that's still only in the "talk about" phase while the SG1-3 film is "green lit"...so then he'd have over lap of S3 and Atlantis movie and Atlantis movie and S4 of Sanctuary....

At least that's what I'm thinking

And as much as I love Martin, I'd rather see him do the SG-1 movie as well
