Sometimes i forget how all of you can make me laugh till i come back here and read the missed conversations i wasn't apart of. Than I remember i can post and let you know how i enjoyed all of your randomness, it helps me get through those little moments at work that seem to drag on forever.

Popped in to give you some wisdom (gheez going to turn 65 in a few months and I sound like Methuselah). Your fear is what they work off of....so don't give it to them. Remember they are just people. You broke no rules, did nothing wrong! You were told to go home and you went into a hospital. You need to get real with this. You weren't faking it, you were sick. Remaining sick was not an option. You had to go to a hospital/doctor - no choice! You were too ill. Go in there feeling sure of yourself, not cocky but sure that what you did was the right thing. No ands, ifs or what-have-yous! YOU WERE IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION! Therefore, missing work was not an option.....!

I know this is hard and because of your age, they may try to intimidate you. But remember, they won't be able to do that unless you let them! DO DON'T GIVE THEM THE ADVANTAGE! Time to stand up (politely of course) for your rights!
