Just wanted to pop in quickly and say I've heard from Oma - St Austell was hit pretty bad but her house is ok. Some down the bottom of the hill are in a bad way though as are the roads. I'm sure everyone down there wood appreciate your thoughts and best wishes over the next few days .

Considering how much wine she drank with us, she really should have been drunk but she managed to look and behave very sober

I'm having a very busy day, having swapped my Monday for Wednesday this week

I have a REALLY busy day tomorrow(partly own fault)...two exams; one in the morning, one in the afternoon...class in between, evening Bones and Grey's Anatomy new episodes(that I just can't miss), making homework which is a lot for Friday(always is) and after that mid-night viewing for HP 7.1....so on Friday I'll only have around 4 hours of sleep

The area of Cornwall where she lives had torrential rain last night/this morning and there has been a lot of serious flooding - people having to be rescued from their stranded cars and homes being flooded

Wow...think about how much she must have drunk yesterday!

Hm. Well she, Sarai and I saw off three bottles between us, whereas I gather Laurie and a friend sank three bottles between them.......... so obviously that extra half bottle was what tipped her over the edge

Ah but don't you find that when you've got a busy day you ratch it up a gear and get everything done easier than you thought? That's what I find......... except afterwards I'm utterly exhausted

Not sure it's against the Law exactly, but it sure is unusual I guess because I'm busy I'm in 'sensible' mode

Yes Jasmina, it will. And I'm really ticked off with the fact that I now have to scroll through pages and pages of Martinpics instead of being able to click on 'view all' and get them all up at once
