EDIT: After texting her, it turns out she's a permanent civil servant, so I've asked if she can do it and am waiting for a reply. She lives in Lincoln but w/e, it's a step in the right direction!!!

Woohoo! Fingers crossed she can help. I suppose they've clamped down on a lot of stuff since I last applied for anything like that.
(Mind you, I had a CRB check a couple of years ago and that was easier to arrange than setting up a PO box -the problem I had with the PO box is they wanted a utility bill with my name on and all ours are in hubby's name... except the phone and they spelt my name wrong so I couldn't use it. )

Do you have the facility to scan in? Perhaps you can scan it in, then email it to her as an attachment, she can print and sign it then post it back to you?
