The key to catching a fallen bottle of wine is to allow the neck to break off cleanly so as not to taint the liquid inside. That counts as breakage doesn't it?

Sanctuary peeps are the best in the world. So giving and generous with themselves. Every time I read a con report it just shows it over and over.

Now I am obsessed with wine. I have been walking the isles and making minor adjustments to the racks instead of twiddling my thumbs and singing off key.

The problem is that I am not allowing myself to drink any wine untill the weekend (blows the diet if you drink every day).
You know how badly you want something when you think/know you can't have it? That's me right now.

The two wines I am currently in love with are below. Spoilered for size.

Cline Cellars Cashmere
A blend Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Syrah that is silky, rich and well named because it is so smooth. And any time that you purchase a Cline Cellars wine (no matter the variatal) you are helping women with breast cancer because Cline Cellars is a huge supporter of the Breast Cancer Network of Strength's Ride to Empower (Note the ribbon on the label and the pink color). Over the years they have raised a lot of money for the cause.


Apothic Red
A blend of Syrah (dark fruit flavors), Zinfandel (spice) and Merlot (smooth elegance).
I love the label on this one!

I need to shutup now. I am making myself thirsty.

And what she said! Or... say lawn gnomes came to steal the lot. You managed to fight them off by slamming a bottle against their pointy hats... They ran off, but the bottle broke because lawn gnomes are solid creatures. Stuff happens, right?
