The water would have been a good idea since I almost fainted from the heat earlier on! Had to go to an BBQ as well but got back early woohoo!(was boring one from da parents and I had to be the designated driver )

Everyone at the gym got deafened by a very loud WOODHOOOOOOD!!!! this morning

Ever since I was a kid I've wanted to hoola-hoop but just couldn't do it. I'd try and try and try, but it just fell to the ground every time

For some reason this morning I picked up a hoola-hoop, set it in motion and actually managed to keep it going for several minutes *happy dance* *fist pump*

I brought one home with me, so if you don't hear from me for a while it's because I'm busy whittling down my chubby waist

They don't have AC???? Mine has several AC units as well as about a dozen huge fans. It's actually cooler there than it is at home

Did you get one with the nobbly bits on it? Is there enough space to hula in the kitchen? I can't think of better motivation than all those piccys of Martin to look at
