So now I spent almost an entire day waiting for something that never happened and I get to do it all over again tomorrow but...drumroll please... they promise to let me know ahead of time when I will get the call. It's a call now. Everything over the phone. I get to do all the work the rep was supposed to do while on the phone with tech support.
