7 am at the 11th of July. A bit early...and I have no idea how it goes if you have a "connection" between flights and what you are allowed to do during that. I don't even know if I'm allowed to leave the airport or have to stay in the tax-free zone.
it's the first time I'm flying this far without my parents or with a connection in between

I don't know about my flight back though...I also have a 3 hour gap I thought...and that's at 11 am or so...perhaps that's better if it's possible...because I then know how it's going and all

Does that make any sense?

I was just going to volunteer to come along too, but I will be in Chicago then You will be able to come through customs and meet Jumble if you like, because you have an EU passport after all, but you would then need to go back through security again, so it might make it quite tight with timings especially considering you need to be at the gate about an hour before the flight goes for long-haul. And it also depends whether you have to transfer between terminals - Heathrow's pretty big and if you have to get from 1-3 to 4 or 5 then you should make sure you leave plenty of time for that too. Does any of that help?

That is a bit early, but it's a Saturday so it could be possible When is the flight back? Cool if it was the 27th, because I'm flying out from Heathrow that day

There are loads of places inside the airport to meet and have a snack or something. We'll figure something out. Can't have you actually in my country and not get to see you

Hopefully 3 hours will be long enough to get Jann to her outbound terminal and still leave a little time for a meet. Even if it's just a 'hello hug' and a 'goodbye', it wood be worth it It's less than an hour's drive for me

I'm staying in terminal 5(I just checked my ticket). and I'll arrive at 7:35 and I will leave at 10:50... but don't I have to go customs again anyway?

Oh as for the 26th I'm coming back(yetlagged and all...always a pretty sight to see) but I will be arriving at 9:10 and I will be leaving at 13:10 ...so that will be a bit longer...again I'm staying at the same gate(5)

And yes, that is kind of...bad but are you sure that you even *want* to meet me? I'll be a nervous wreck at that moment...and that will mean a lot of incoherent babbling(A lot) and me being hyperactive... (till the adrenaline wears down in the long plane ride and I'll fall asleep on the person sitting next to me...)

It's coz I have to find a internship in a foreign country at a communications office(or something like that) for my third year of uni...

They are kicking me(literally) out of the country for a year... Six months internship and six months studying a minor at a foreign uni...

to meet a friend I met through GW(Cess525/B) She is going to show me her state. Virginia! (and DC)

then I'll be at home for three days in those days my mom can do the laundry and then I'll be off going to France... I love vacation!

Still 3/4 weeks of school left though!

EDIT: and for the uni in the VS, the only one that I can go to(because it's a partner of my uni) is the one in Tennessee so ...what states are close to that??

Nice! I almost never go on vacation I've been to DC twice (2 weeks ago and then 5 years ago) and I went on this one trip to look at colleges and we hit Minnesota and Wisconsin (that was three years ago) and then I went to Florida in 1998

Ick! 3/4 weeks left? Our colleges got out the last week of May around here

Hmmm Tennessee...there's North Carolina and South Carolina and Kentucky and West Virginia... Not much to do in those states!
