We had a lovely meal in a pub by the sea last night - yummy puds amost as good as Anderson's except the creme brulee had no vanilla so fell short of Stuart's so he keeps his crown

Back home again - had a really lovely few days with Cags and Ben in a comfy little cottage in beautiful surroundings

Also, how do you pronounce 'dandelion'?
I imagine it must be 'dandeeleeon' and not 'dandy lion'?

EDIT: The internet sucks at fonetic spelling.

EDIT III: Is 'fonetic' an actual word, or a weird translation on my part? It looks weird.
Maybe it's just the wrong word...

Edit: And it's spelt 'phonetic', because we English have a dislike of spelling things how they sound - we couldn't even bring ourselves to spell the word for that the way it sounds

I have a yellow ink that's called 'dandelion' and even though I will probably never say it out loud, it's nice to hear it correctly in my head.

...You know, when the voices tell me which colour to use.

They still say Dandeeleeon. The voices are rebels.



EDIT: I noticed. I like the PH. Simply using the F for the F sound is just so common.
We add letters too. We say: 'Fonetisch', but the added ch does change the I-sound.
