I'm thinking about getting a pretty purple or blue streak in my hair. Just can't decide if I'm brave enough to do it. My older sister did that several years ago, but she got a red/orange color in her hair, and it looked great.

I love experimenting with hair, so I'd say yes, do it, and it's an easy way to fix if you don't like it. You can just cut that streak and you're left with all of your other hair *giggles*

Early SG-1 is awesome. And I don't care what anyone else says, but Sam and her 'reproductive organs' line is still a classic.

My mom's in the hospital for at least a week
During her radiation and chemo treatment months ago, she was pretty much OK, but she's in so much pain now that they decided to keep her there for observation and a bunch of tests to look for the source of the pain. Poor thing can't even walk.

Busy busy weekend and few days for me, including a visit to see a friend and her two teeny twins, who were born early last month and are now home from the hospital. They were adorable but so tiny and delicate

I spent this past weekend with a very sicky migraine. Still have the postdrone (migraine hangover). I go to get bloodwork this morning for a follow-up doctor's visit next week. Still can't get my blood pressure under control.
